We aim to respond to all messages within 24 to 48 hours on working days. During peak exam season (February–April), response times may be slightly longer, but we make sure every message is answered.
Can I ask subject-specific questions through the contact form?
Yes. You can use the contact form to ask questions related to Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, English, Computer Science, or Nepali for NEB Grade XI and XII. Please be as specific as possible — mention the chapter, topic, or question number for faster help.
Is there a faster way to get a response?
For quicker responses, you can also reach us via our Telegram channel (NNPhysics_NEB) or Facebook page. These channels are monitored more frequently and are great for quick, informal questions from students.

Do you offer private tutoring or one-on-one sessions?
NN Education primarily operates as a free self-study platform. However, for specific inquiries about personal tutoring, online classes, or batch sessions, you may contact us directly via phone or email to check availability.
